Starting in March 2026, major changes to the ILIAS systems at LUH are planned. The LUH-ILIAS and Stud.IP-ILIAS platforms will be merged, combining the strengths of both systems into a single, improved LUH-ILIAS.
After the transition, LUH-ILIAS will be the only system in use. It will be directly integrated with Stud.IP but can still be accessed and used independently if needed.
Key Information for ILIAS Users:
• Temporary Downtime: LUH-ILIAS and Stud.IP-ILIAS will be unavailable for approximately two days during the migration in March 2026. • New System Use: From March 2026 onwards, all new teaching and learning content must be created, managed, and used within LUH-ILIAS. • Stud.IP-ILIAS Phase-out: Stud.IP-ILIAS, which was previously linked to Stud.IP, will no longer be available for creating or managing new content after March 2026. o During a limited transition period, LUH employees can continue to access existing content on Stud.IP-ILIAS. o The system will be fully decommissioned by the end of 2027 at the latest. o If you currently provide teaching materials via Stud.IP-ILIAS, please prepare to transfer them to LUH-ILIAS. • No Impact on E-Exams ILIAS: The E-Prüfungs-ILIAS (E-Exams ILIAS) system is not affected by these changes.
